How does it work?
When you sign-up for an OM Athlete membership, you gain access to all group training sessions offered within the month, as well as access to any events hosted by OM Personal Training. Additionally, members receive 20% off any other personal training service they purchase and qualify to participate in the OMFit Rewards program*.
Members are billed monthly using a card on file, so you'll never lose track of a payment or renewal. No more keeping up with how many sessions you have remaining. Just show up when you want -the rest is taken care of.
There are no long-term contracts involved and you can cancel your membership at any time.

With group training sessions offered 6 days a week, you'll have 24 opportunities to train each month. Join before June 30, 2019, and you'll qualify for the Founding Member rate, which comes out to about $7 per workout (yes, really).
Each group training session can range in size from 2-12 participants and consists of a 50-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout followed by 5-10 minutes of stretching. Exercises are designed to challenge your endurance, strength and power through functional movement patterns, and you'll never have the same workout twice. Modifications for exercises are provided as needed, and every workout can be scaled to fit your unique fitness level.
