Join us for high-intensity interval training every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 8:00am-8:50am.
H.I.I.T. is a 50-minute bootcamp-style class that utilizes alternating periods of high-intensity exercise and lower intensity recovery periods through a variety of functional movements. Each workout is designed to challenge your endurance and strength from start to finish. Classes are open to all fitness levels.
*Completion of the OM Personal Training waiver is required for participation.

Registration: $150 / 12 classes
Registration for H.I.I.T. includes 12 classes. Classes can be taken at any time, but must be used within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, purchased classes will expire.
