Step 1: Select your training option.

Your journey to better health is personal. Choose the training option that suits you best. If you are unsure about which option is best for you, please contact us and we will be happy to help you make a decision based on your goals and individual health needs.


Step 2: Purchase your session.

Training services are available as individual sessions or packages. Click the “buy” button below to browse all available choices.

Note that sessions and packages are termed by abbreviations denoting the type of session, duration and quantity. For example, a single 30-minute personal training session is listed as “OM 30 - Single”, whereas four 60-minute buddy training sessions are listed as “Buddy 60 - 4 Pack”.


Step 3: Schedule your first appointment.

Appointments are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Book your first personal training session using the button below. Upon doing so, you will receive both a text and email confirmation of your scheduled appointment time.

Buddy Training, Group Training and HIIT Class sessions must be scheduled by OM Personal Training. If you purchased one of these services, a team member will contact you within 24 hours of receiving notification of your purchase to book your session for you.
